MCP Maker Purchase Terms

The portable MCP server package is a one-time purchase for the blueprint submitted at checkout. The displayed launch price is USD $49.

The purchased blueprint may be downloaded for 30 days after confirmed payment. You are responsible for keeping a secure copy of the package and its purchase records.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Taxes may be collected or handled through Stripe when required.

The generated package is licensed under the MIT License included in the download, which permits personal and business use subject to its notice terms. ByteBrain's website, generator, brand, and other proprietary materials are not licensed under MIT. Third-party dependencies retain their own licenses.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, configuring, securing, operating, updating, monitoring, and using the generated package and every connected source. You represent that you have all permissions needed for the data and systems you connect.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MCP MAKER AND THE GENERATED PACKAGE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, COMPATIBILITY, ACCURACY, UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, OR SECURITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BYTEBRAIN LLC AND ITS OWNERS, PERSONNEL, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST REVENUE, PROFITS, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR DATA; SECURITY INCIDENTS; UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS; PROVIDER FAILURES; OR CLAIMS ARISING FROM DEPLOYMENT OR USE OF THE GENERATED PACKAGE.

Stripe and any hosting, data, connector, or MCP-client providers are independent services governed by their own terms, pricing, availability, and security practices.

Reasonable email support is available at info@bytebrain.org. No service level, custom development, deployment work, or ongoing maintenance is included unless ByteBrain agrees separately in writing.
