You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ByteBrain LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective when posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
