This intensive day brings together key stakeholders to align on objectives, assess your current AI maturity, and identify the most promising use cases for implementation with Microsoft's AI technologies.
The structured approach ensures we cover all critical aspects of AI readiness while maintaining focus on your specific business needs and challenges. By the end of Day 1, you'll have a clear roadmap for the remainder of the sprint and beyond.
Key Components & Activities
Kickoff & Alignment Workshop
Introduce the sprint structure, Microsoft's AI stack (Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Fabric), and align expectations with key stakeholders.
AI Maturity & Readiness Assessment
Conduct a structured assessment to evaluate current AI skills, cultural openness, leadership readiness, and technology posture.
Responsible AI Primer
Introduce Microsoft's Responsible AI principles (fairness, reliability, inclusiveness, transparency, privacy, and accountability). Contextualized to the organization.
Use Case Discovery Process
Use Case Brainstorming Sessions
Facilitated working sessions by business unit (HR, Ops, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to surface existing pain points and AI opportunities.
Prioritization Matrix
Score and prioritize use cases based on impact, feasibility, and risk using a structured framework (e.g., value vs. complexity).
MS Stack Mapping
Identify which Microsoft tools (Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Fabric) align to the top use cases. Include licensing check if needed.
